Dominic J. Spinazze

Nick became a Member of the firm in 2006 after working for several firms in the Northwest Ohio region. His practice includes all phases of estate planning, trust planning, business succession planning, and estate administration. Nick also represents a number of businesses and provides on-going business counseling and guidance to many corporate clients and their owners. As a result of practicing in the above-mentioned areas, Nick has also developed an expansive real estate practice. Licensed in both Ohio and Michigan Nick has extensively represented clients throughout both states.
