Michael J. PodolskyMichael J. Podolsky’s principal areas of practice are
commercial and environmental litigation.
He is admitted to practice in Ohio, the United States District
Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio and the Sixth
Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Podolsky received his law degree from Case Western
Reserve University School of Law in 2002, having already received a Master’s
of Science and a Ph.D. in Energy and Environmental Management and Policy, in
1993 and 1994, respectively. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Podolsky was a law clerk for the
Honorable David A. Katz of the United States District Court for the Northern
District of Ohio. He has had
many published articles including the Duke Environmental Law and Policy
Forum, Urban Lawyer, Case Western Reserve University Law Review, Journal of
Environmental Economics and Management, Contemporary Economic Policy, Public
