Jon B. Liebenthal is a founding Member of the firm. Mr. Liebenthal's principal areas of practice are business, tax and estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, business formation, and general corporate matters. Mr. Liebenthal regularly represents closely held businesses and their owners in general corporate matters. He is also a certified public accountant in Ohio.
