Marci Levine Klumb

Marci Klumb practices in the areas of commercial finance including real estate and asset-based financing, secured transactions, and general corporate representation.  Ms. Klumb’s primary focus in commercial finance includes the structuring and documentation of commercial loans and the restructure, forbearance, workout and enforcement of troubled loans for both financial institutions and borrowers.  Ms. Klumb also represents clients in start-up, acquisition, and disposition of business interests as well as general representation in their contract negotiations.  Ms. Klumb came to the firm after working as the Senior Vice President/Associate General Counsel for Sky Financial Group, Inc., a regional bank holding company.

Ms. Klumb is a member of the Toledo, Ohio, Michigan, and American Bar Associations. She is a member of The Order of the Coif (1987), a past president of the Toledo Board of Jewish Education and a past member of the Board of Trustees of the United Jewish Council of Greater Toledo.
