Peter A. Dewhirst

Peter A. Dewhirst became a Member of Lyden, Liebenthal & Chappell as of December, 2011 reuniting in practice with the founding members after spending 8 years in downtown Toledo. Peter is primarily involved in the areas of business and civil litigation, with an emphasis in real estate, bank and lending matters, in both Ohio and Michigan. Peter is currently the chairman of the real estate committee for the Toledo Bar Association, and is a member of the board of directors of the Bank of Maumee.

Peter grew up in Ann Arbor, and attended the University of Michigan for his bachelor’s degree, and thereafter the University of Toledo College of Law. He is married and has 3 children.
